My goodness, what unprecedented times. As the situation with COVID-19 evolves and the impact of this is felt on all our lives, we want to update you on the steps we are taking to navigate through this challenging time, whilst still delivering Lily & Me loveliness to your door.

 

We understand that you will have bigger priorities than returning any unwanted items which you have bought either online or in-store. To help with this, we want to let you know we have extended our returns policy from 28 days to 56 days to help ease the burden so that you can return items when you feel safe to do so.  

 

The welfare of our employees and customers is our number one priority and due to the current outbreak, we would like to reassure you we have taken every step to keep everyone safe, whilst continuing to deliver the exceptional customer service we are so proud of. 

 

We are operating with a reduced staff level to ensure our team is safe. As a result, deliveries may take a little longer to get to you, but we thank you for your patience during this challenging time. We use Royal Mail as our delivery courier for all UK deliveries, so please refer to their website for any specific delays in their system.
