Our Lily & Me community,

My goodness, what unprecedented times. As the situation with COVID-19 rapidly evolves, we wanted to stay connected to our customers. Our thoughts are with all who have been directly affected and the wider community, particularly the elderly or vulnerable.

At Lily & Me, we take the welfare of our employees and customers very seriously and due to the current outbreak, we would like to reassure you we have taken every step to keep everyone safe, whilst continuing to deliver the exceptional customer service we are so proud of. 

Our Stroud store is currently open, and we look forward to welcoming you if you are local to Gloucestershire.  However, for the majority of customers who live further afield or if you choose to shop with us from home, our full range is available online at lilyandme.com. 

We also understand that during these challenging times you will have bigger priorities than returning any unwanted items which you have bought online or in-store. To help with this, we want to let you know we have extended our returns policy from 28 days to 56 days to help ease the burden.
