You are entitled to cancel your order for a full refund should the goods not have left our warehouse. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone quoting your name and date of order. Your refund will be paid as soon as we can and always within 10 working days using the same method in which the payment was received.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
As the situation with COVID-19 rapidly evolves, we understand that many customers will have bigger priorities than returning or exchanging any unwanted items. To help with this, we want to let you know we have extended our returns policy from 28 days to 56 days (until further notice) to help ease the burden.
Goods should be returned to us in original packaging where possible and must be in a resalable condition, unless of course goods are being returned because of a fault. Once goods have been received, your refund will be paid within 10 working days using the same method in which the payment was received. UK returns can be made using the Royal Mail Online Returns web site. The below link will enable you to produce a pre paid postage label, simply attach to your parcel and take to your local post office.
Please allow up to 10 working days upon our receipt of your package for your exchange or refund to be issued. Postage will only be refunded if goods are faulty.
International orders may be returned, but at your own cost. Refund will be made within 10 days of receipt of returned goods.
Notification of any damaged items, shortages or other discrepancies must be received within 5 days of delivery.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Due to the current situation with COVID-19 we are operating with a reduced staff level to ensure our team is safe. As a result deliveries may take longer to get to you, we thank you for your patience during this challenging time. We use Royal Mail as our delivery courier so please refer to their website for any specific delays in their system.
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted, orders placed before 2.00pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) aim to be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm on a Friday, over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day. We cannot be held responsible for delays by Royal Mail, please be aware of this at busy times such as Christmas or Black Friday weekend.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you.
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to you at the time of delivery.
Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
UK postage is £3.95 for Standard Delivery or £4.95 for Express Delivery. Postage to the EU is £12.00 and to the Rest of The World is £15.00
