How do I sign in/create an account?
To sign in (or create an account, if you don’t already have one) click the ‘Login’ button in the top right corner of our website.
Enter your email address and we will send you a 6-digit log in code to your email account. No need to remember passwords!
How can I change my personal details?
Once signed into your account you can change your personal details, email address, name, address etc on your profile page.
You will also be able to see all orders you have placed.
Ordering
Can I order over the phone?
Yes, you can! We know some of our customers would feel more comfortable placing their order over the phone than online.
Simply contact us on 01452 207 766. Our working hours are Monday-Friday 9 am-5pm and we will be happy to help.
I have not received an order confirmation email?
Once you have placed an order you will
receive an automated ‘order confirmation’ email. This email will only be sent if you have entered a valid email address at checkout. If you are concerned that you haven't received an order confirmation email;
- Make sure you add hello@lilyandmeclothing.com to
your safe sender list. - Check your junk mail folder.
If you have done the above and can’t find an order confirmation, please contact our customer services team.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
We are unable to amend or cancel an order once it is placed. If you no longer require the order, please return it back to us for a
refund.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
You can use all major cards and payment methods such as;
Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Gift Cards and PayPal.
What if my payment isn't accepted?
Your payment will not be accepted if the credit/debit card you are using is not registered to the same address as the billing address that is on your order. This is a measure we take to protect both our customers and ourselves from fraud.
If your card is registered to the same address, please ensure that you have entered the correct security code and expiry date. If this still doesn’t work, your card issuer may have declined your payment. Please contact them directly as we do not have any information about why payments are declined.
Can I make a payment by PayPal?
Yes, you can pay using PayPal.
PayPal is a secure payment method you can use to make a payment online. You only need your email address and password to make a payment.
You can choose this method of payment to pay at the time of your order.
If for any reason the payment has been declined, an immediate message will be displayed on the PayPal payment page to indicate this.
If there are any queries you may need to contact PayPal for further assistance.

When your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note if a discount code takes your basket below £50, then delivery will be charged at £3.95
Please keep in mind that delivery dates are estimated – sometimes your order may arrive a little earlier or a bit later than expected, delays are rare but if you have not received your order within 7 working days please contact our team.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
Any order placed after 2pm will not be dispatched until the next working day.
A dispatch confirmation email will be sent to you once your parcel has been sent.
Can i Track My Order?
If you would like to track your order, please go to https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
You’ll also find a tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email. Tracking information may take 24 hours to be updated.
Returns
How do I return unwanted items?
Fill in the returns section on your delivery note and pop it in the parcel with the unwanted items.
Please make sure garments have not been worn or washed and have all tags attached.
Within your parcel there will be pre-paid returns label, pop this on the front of the parcel and take to your local post office.
Please obtain your receipt from the Post Office as proof of postage.
How long do I have to send back a return?
You have 30 days from the date on your order to return garments to us, for a refund.
Please note postage costs are not refundable unless your item is faulty.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
W will process your return within 10 days of receiving the parcel back to us. However, this can be slightly longer during busy periods.
Why have I not received my refund?
Please allow ten days from the date of your return being sent to us to process your parcel.
If it has been over ten days, please contact our Customer Services team for more information. Can we ask that you have your order number and proof of postage to hand as this will assist the team.
Can I return products bought from independent stockists to you?
We supply to multiple stockists around the UK and Ireland and each store have their own individual returns and refund policies. Any purchases made in an independent stockist must be returned directly to them for a refund to take place.
Can i exchange my item?
Yes, fill in your return paperwork adding in the size you would like to exchange.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing your return, and we cannot guarantee your requested item will be in stock when your return is received.
Gift Vouchers
How do I buy a gift voucher?
You can buy Gift Vouchers online.
They can be purchased in
denominations of £10/£25/£50/£75/£100.
If buying as a gift you have the
option to send straight to the recipient. Just click the ‘I want to send as a
gift’ box on the gift voucher page.

How do I redeem my Lily & Me gift card?
Once at checkout, add the gift card code in the ‘Promotional code or Gift card box’.
If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card, you can pay the remaining balance using a credit or debit card.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Your Gift Card is valid for 24 months.
Treat your Gift Card like cash. If it gets lost, stolen, or damaged, we are unfortunately unable to replace it.
