3. Send your friend your unique referral link.

4. Your friend will receive 15% off their first purchase.

5. Once they’ve ordered (and after a 30-day processing period), you’ll receive your points - just be warned, you might end up in matching outfits!

How does the referral scheme work?

You can earn rewards by inviting friends to shop.

  • Refer a friend: Share your unique referral link with friends or family
  • They get a reward: Your friend receives 15% off their first order over £30
  • You get rewarded too: Once they make a purchase, and after a 30-day pending period, your loyalty points will be added to your account

Those points can then be redeemed for money off future orders - so you can enjoy savings on your next shop.
Do I need a Lily Loyalty account to refer a friend?

Yes - you’ll need to have a Lily Loyalty account to take part in the referral scheme.

Your referral link is generated through your account, so you’ll need to be signed in to access and share it. Once you’re set up, you can start referring friends straight away and earning rewards when they make a purchase.
How can I see how many friends I have referred and how many points I have?
You can refer up to five friends per month, and when you go to share your referral link, you’ll be able to see how many referrals you have left. Once your friend has placed an order and a 30-day processing period has passed, your referral points will appear in your account history.
How long does it take to receive the points for my referral?
You will receive your points for a successful referral once your friend has placed an order and a 30-day processing period has passed. You can view your point history anytime in your loyalty account.
When will my referral points expire?
Your referral points will expire 12 months after they are awarded.
Will I still get points if my friend makes an order without using the link I gave them?
Unfortunately, your friend must use your unique referral link for you to receive your referral points and for them to get the 15% referral discount.
Can my friend still take advantage of the referral discount if they have shopped with Lily & Me before?
Your referral discount works for first-time customers only, so returning friends can’t use it — but don’t worry, they can still find something they love!
