Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the competition promoted by Lily & Me Clothing (trading as Amari Designs Ltd) (“Lily & Me”, “we”, “us” or “the Promoter”), Unit 15, Gabwell Business Park, Quadrant Distribution Centre, Hardwicke, GL2 2JH.

1. Eligibility

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who have a valid email address.

Employees of Lily & Me, Burleigh Court Cotswolds, their immediate family members and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.

By entering, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these terms and conditions.

Entries submitted through automated competition entry services or websites are not permitted and may be disqualified.

2. How to Enter

Entries must be submitted online via the competition page:

To enter, you must provide your first name, last name, email address and postcode, and complete all required fields on the entry form.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the competition.

Signing up to marketing communications is not a condition of entry. Any marketing consent options are optional and separate from entry into the competition.

3. Promotion Period

The competition opens on 2 November 2026 and closes at midnight on 10 January 2027 (UK time).

Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the prize draw.

4. The Prize

There is one prize consisting of:

  • A two-night stay for two people, including breakfast, in a Classic Double Room at Burleigh Court Cotswolds.
  • One £150 Lily & Me online voucher.

Burleigh Court Cotswolds stay

The stay is subject to availability and must be booked directly with Burleigh Court Cotswolds. Arrivals are permitted from Sunday to Thursday only.

The stay excludes bank holidays, Christmas and New Year, and July and August 2027. The stay must be taken by 31 March 2028.

The winner is responsible for arranging their booking and for any costs not expressly included in the prize, including travel, insurance, additional meals, drinks and other personal expenses.

Lily & Me voucher

The £150 voucher will be issued as an online discount code, redeemable at www.lilyandme.com, subject to the voucher's stated validity period and any applicable redemption conditions.

The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

General prize conditions

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. No cash alternative is available.

The Promoter reserves the right to offer a reasonable alternative prize of equivalent value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make the advertised prize unavailable.

The prize cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize at the winner's request.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date. The draw will take place no later than 15 January 2027 and will be conducted fairly, using a verifiably random computer process or under independent supervision.

The winner will be contacted by email using the address provided at entry.

The winner must respond within 14 days of the initial notification to claim the prize. The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond within this period, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same random selection process.

The Promoter's decision on the administration of the competition will be final, subject to applicable law.

6. Winner Announcement

To demonstrate that a valid prize draw has taken place, the Promoter may publish or make available the winner's surname and county of residence.

Entrants will be given the opportunity to object to the publication of their details or request that less information is published. The Promoter may nevertheless be required to provide relevant information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

7. Personal Data and Marketing

The personal information provided when entering will be used to administer the competition, contact the winner and fulfil the prize.

Lily & Me and Burleigh Court Cotswolds will only send marketing communications to entrants who have separately opted in to receive them. Opting in is not required to enter or win the competition.

8. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions or attempts to manipulate the competition.

The Promoter will administer the competition fairly and in accordance with applicable law. Any changes to these terms and conditions during the promotion will only be made where necessary in exceptional circumstances and will be communicated appropriately.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not successfully submitted due to technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for any costs incurred by the winner that are not expressly included in the prize.

Nothing in these terms and conditions limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any dispute arising in connection with the competition will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
